Congratulations on a wonderful series of episodes. What I didn’t hear and may have missed is that the ideological conditions for the Holocaust comprised 1700 or so years of the persecution of European Jews by Christians. The idea of a Jewish state would seem to have been a rational response to this history. It’s not unimportant to acknowledge some unsavory similarities between Zionism and colonialism in general, but there’s also a 609
